Hand Santatizers

Over the summer I was looking for some new craft fair ideas to add to my existing ideas when I came across these adorable hand "santa"tizers. I immediately thought they'd make an excellent teacher or co-worker gift and picked up some small bottles of hand sanitizer at the Dollar Tree.

Here's what they turned out like:

These were so easy to make. All you need is:

Red, white, and black cardstock
Silver paper
Black Buttons
Adhesive

Glue
Decorative scalloped scissors
Bottle of hand sanitizer (I used the 2 oz bottles. You could use any size but you'll need to adjust the measurements below as mine are for the 2 oz bottle.)

1. Cut the red cardstock to 4 inches wide and 3 inches tall. Put your adhesive on the back of the paper (I used sticky strip) and secure paper to the bottle letting the ends meet in the front. (We'll cover that up in the next step.)

2. Cut a piece of white cardstock to 1 inch wide by 4 inches long with decorative scissors and adhere it to the middle of the bottle covering up your overlapping ends from the red cardstock.

3. Cut a piece of black cardstock to 1/2 inch wide and 4 inches long to become Santa's belt. Adhere the belt to the bottle and have the ends overlap in the front.

4. Cut a square from the silver paper and a slightly smaller square from the black paper. Adhere the small black square to the silver square and then adhere the silver square to the middle of Santa's belt covering up the overlapping ends.

5. Glue on your black buttons.

6. Add a tag if you like! I just made a simple oval tag that says "Santatizer."

And that's it! You now have an adorable little bottle of hand sanitizer perfect for a stocking stuffer or gift giving!

Love them but don't have time to make your own? I have some available for purchase, check out my Crafty Items for Sell post!
